The industry and government leadership are changing, requiring creative and flexible strategies to overcome uncertainty in the face of internal and external transformations. This chapter examines the positions of women in the face of organisational instability, emphasising their growing representation in leadership positions. The work explores the role of women's leadership styles in effectively managing uncertainty, with a focus on their influence on decision-making and innovation, especially in dynamic situations. The chapter highlights the interconnectedness of gender, race, and ethnicity, providing practical examples and concrete recommendations for scholars, researchers, and professionals. Advocating for gender-inclusive leadership approaches encourages the use of varied leadership styles to succeed in unpredictable circumstances. In the end, it helps to promote gender equality and achieve corporate success in uncertain circumstances.
