Abstract:We analyzed the effects and components that citizens making a "temporary place" in a Park-PFI park.Activity managers that are citizens make social relation with the private sector of Park-PFI, and private sector has obtained permission to occupy the park annually for a "temporary place" in a Park-PFI system.
