Making Every Dollar Count: The Oneida County, New York, SSO Abatement Project and Use of CCTV and CMMS Records in CIP Planning

Abstract: Faced with a limited budget and a consent order to eliminate sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs), the municipal planners of Oneida County, New York, with the support of consultants, developed a decision making tool to maximize infiltration and inflow (I&I) reduction utilizing the County's existing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection programs.
