RESUMO:Os ensaios laboratoriais para avaliação técnica ou estudo de material de irrigação envolvem a medição de diversas grandezas, bem como o monitoramento e controle das condições de ensaio. A presente pesquisa teve por objetivo avaliar resultados de ensaios de tubos gotejadores através de estudo de repetitividade e reprodutibilidade do sistema de medição de vazão. Foram elaborados gráficos de controle para média móvel exponencialmente ponderada, obtidos índices de capacidade para o processo de medição da pressão de ensaio e temperatura da água; e o estudo de repetitividade e reprodutibilidade (Gage RR) para medição de vazão, no qual foram utilizadas 10 repetições, sob três turnos de trabalho (manhã, tarde e noite), com 25 emissores. Tanto a pressão quanto a temperatura se mantiveram estáveis, com desempenho "excelente" para o ajuste da pressão via controlador proporcional integrativoderivativo. A variabilidade entre emissores foi a componente de maior contribuição na variância total das medições de vazão, sendo 96,77% devida à variabilidade entre peças. Classificou-se o sistema de medição como "aceitável" ou "aprovado" mediante o estudo Gage RR; e não foram identificadas causas não aleatórias de variabilidade relevantes na rotina de ensaios. In some cases, the specification limits of a quality characteristic should be defined under uncertain information. In the literature, process capability analyses have been handled by using type-1 fuzzy sets under fuzziness up to now. In this paper, we develop the concept of type-2 fuzzy quality and use it in the calculation of process capability. Lower and upper specification limits are considered as type-2 fuzzy sets. We define the addition and subtraction operations for introducing interval type-2 fuzzy process capability indices. We can calculate the nonconforming percentage of the production using the developed equations. We present some numerical examples to show the applicability of the proposed equations.

: -Statistical process control (SPC) is one of the important approaches used in quality management.SPC can be applied in plants to obtain good quality and high standard products that have become very popular in many industries. Fuzzy process capability analysis by using X-R control charts gives more realistic results, developed with fuzzy theory. Fuzzy control charts are more sensitive than SPC. Therefore, fuzzy control charts lead to producing better-quality products. In this study, total color difference parameter (ΔE) was studied using fuzzy observation on a calcite grinding plant products. For this purpose, color parameters of the grinding plant products were evaluated using triangular fuzzy number (TFN) and fuzzy process capability indices (PCIs). The results show that the mill plant seems to be under control. Therefore, on a randomly selected sample used in the fuzzy statistical process control work was chosen and other color parameters such as whiteness index (WI), saturation index (SI), hue angle (H), browning index (BI) and yellowness index (YI) and particle size properties, XRF, XRD, FTIR, TGA-DTA and SEM were then determined on the calcite sample.
