Making a difference? Teaching communication skills in preregistration nurse education in England. A comparison of Project 2000 and Making a Difference curricula

Abstract: This paper reports on a survey of the teaching of communication skills on pre-registration nursing programmes in England in 2000. Questionnaires were devised for the Common Foundation Programme and the four Branch Programmes. These were sent to academic staff responsible for both Project 2000 and Making a Difference curricula.
