Abstract: Although laparoscopic surgery has been widely adopted for also Hepato-biliary-pancreatic surgery, laparoscopic resection of hilar cholangiocarcinoma remains uncommon because of its difficult procedures consisted of major hepatectomy, lymph node dissection and biliary reconstruction.
