Abstract:The III-nitride semiconductors family includes gallium nitride (GaN), aluminum nitride (AlN), indium nitride (InN), and related ternary and quaternary alloys. The research interest on this group of materials is sparked by the direct bandgaps, and excellent physical and chemical properties.
