“…MFA/IT-SPME has shown wide application potentials in the efficient trapping of organic pollutants 23 and heavy metal ions. 25 Based on the merits of MFA/IT-SPME and the analytical demands of Se(IV) and Se(VI), in the present study, MFA/ IT-SPME was introduced to efficiently capture selenium, and then online coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) equipped with a diode array detector (DAD) to perform speciation analysis of inorganic selenium.
