The conductivity of the HoxMn1-xS (0 < x ≤ 0.3) solid solution in the range of temperatures 80 K – 1000 K were measured. Step like temperature dependence and extremum conductivity at high temperature were found. The temperature dependence of Raman spectra in the frequency interval 100 cm−1 – 900 cm−1 in the 300K – 900K range temperature has been investigated in the of HoxMn1-xS solid solutions. Several oscillation modes have been detected. The intensity and frequency shift of temperature fluctuations are determined. A new Raman mode appearing at high temperature T > 660 K was established. The correlation between temperature dependencies of conductivity and frequencies and intensities of Raman modes were established. Raman spectra were explained in terms of impurities octahedral modes.
