“…The spin, orbital, and total magnetic moments of Co 50 Fe 50 have been reported to be 2.18, 0.13 and 2.31µ B [21]. Therefore, we assumed that the CoFeB layer possesses the same orbital-to-spin magnetic moment ratio at 2.5 T [18,19].
