Magnetic resonance cisternography for visualization of intracisternal fine structures

Abstract: Magnetic resonance cisternography appears to show great promise for evaluation of patients with neurovascular compression or tumors in and around the basal cisterns; the procedure adds only a small amount of imaging time.
