Abstract: The detection of multiplex live pathogens in spoilage aquatic products is critically important. In this study, a dual-mode assay for screening and detecting live Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Hafnia paralvei (H. paralvei) (as two typical pathogens in aquatic products) based on magnetic poly (phages) encoded probes (MPEP) was developed.
