Magnetic Poly(Ionic Liquid) Microcapsules for Oil Capture and Recovery

Abstract: The preparation of poly(ionic liquid) microcapsules from liquid marbles (3–20 μL) with additional magnetic properties is described. These microcapsules show excellent oil‐absorption properties and selectivity versus water, together with easy manipulation for oil capture and recovery.
