Magnetic order and disorder environments in superantiferromagnetic $$\hbox {NdCu}_{\mathbf{2}}$$ nanoparticles

Abstract: Magnetic nanoparticles exhibit two different local symmetry environments, one ascribed to the core and one corresponding to the nanoparticle surface.
