Magnetic Minibands and Electron–Electron Bound States in Ac-Driven Graphene with Space-Modulated Gap

Abstract: The emergence of the magnetic minibads in the quasienergy spectrum of graphene superlattice subjected to the quantizing magnetic field and electromagnetic radiation was investigated. The graphene superlattice was assumed to be formed by space-periodical modulation of the gap in the vicinity of the Dirac point of the graphene band structure.
