Abstract:Results of thermal conductivity measurements on single crystalline PrB6 sample in the temperature range of 2-30 K and in magnetic field up to 14 T are presented. The obtained results are discussed in order to estimate the electron, phonon, and magnetic contributions to thermal conductivity. Taking into account the results of electrical resistivity of this compound the temperature dependence of the reduced Lorentz function is determined.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
