“…6) The average ionic radius of Ba is greater than that of Ca; thus the Mn-O-Mn bond length is shorter for LBMO than that of LCMO, favoring a higher electron transfer rate and a higher ferromagnetic transition temperature (T c ). 4,11,12) LBMO in thin-film form has been investigated on single-crystal SrTiO 3 (STO) substrates mainly by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) [13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20] and ion-beam sputtering. 21) Thus, in this study we investigated the epitaxial growth of LBMO on STO and LaAlO 3 (LAO) substrates by the MOD process.…”

“…Conduction noise decreases with the decrease of temperature up to T ≈ T c and then for T < T c , it shows an increase. The increase of conduction noise in the ferromagnetic metallic region of doped rare earth manganites has been observed by others also [8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15]17]. This enhanced conduction noise in the lower temperature region (T < T c ) has been attributed to the fluctuation in spin alignment, oxygen vacancy migration or to the double exchange mechanism.…”
