Each person throughout his life uses certain services to meet his needs. The service is a result of work, whether or not there is or there isn't a material form in it. In the process of building a democratic rule of law and becoming a market economy, it is important to provide, develop, improve and implement banking services, which in turn requires an improvement of the banking system in the state and the proper legal regulation of banking activities. Recently, it has undergone significant changes: the two-level banking system has been created, the activities of commercial banks and specialized lending and financial institutions are becoming more and more developed, the non-traditional areas of application of bank capital are expanding, and the nature of the relationship between banks and clients is changing.
