Abstract: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by progressive cognitive impairment. Synaptic dysfunction has appeared in the early stage of AD and is significantly correlated with cognitive impairment. However, the specific regulatory mechanism remains unclear.
