Macroscopic Appearance of Giant Adrenal Myelolipoma During Laparoscopy: An Adjunct in Differential Diagnosis

Abstract: Giant adrenal myelolipoma is a rare, benign, sizable, mesenchymal tumor. Preoperative differential diagnosis from retroperitoneal liposarcoma may be challenging.
