Abstract: Multi-layer ferroelectrets consisting of fluoroethylenepropylene (FEP) copolymer and open-porous expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) films exhibit stable internal electret charges, high piezoelectric coefficients and heat resistance, making them promising candidates for wearable sensors or nanogenerators in body-area networks.
