Abstract: Technology computer‐aided design (TCAD) simulation is an important tool for the development of semiconductor devices. Based on coupled partial differential equations (PDEs) for behaviors, TCAD can calculate objects such as impurities, point defects, and electronic carriers in semiconductors.
