Abstract: Machine Learning (ML)'s growing role in process industries during the digitalization era is notable. This study combines Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) and Aspen Plus to predict exergy efficiency, exergy destruction, and potential improvements in a cumene plant under uncertain process conditions.
