Payments may be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMEX, or by cheque or money order payable to Becker Associates. Subscriptions are due in advance of publication. Current subscribers receive with the December issue an invoice for the following year. New subscribers should contact Becker Associates prior to the June issue if possible.
