Abstract: Lysosomes play vital roles in the degradation and recycling of various macromolecules, protein secretion, energy metabolism, and cell signaling. Increasing evidence suggests that the deregulated lysosomes contribute to tumorigenesis and therapeutic resistance. However, its underlying mechanisms remain elusive.
