Lysosomal perturbations in dopaminergic neurons derived from induced pluripotent stem cells with PARK2 mutation

Abstract: Mutations in the PARK2 gene encoding parkin, an E3 ubiquitin ligase, are associated with autosomal recessive early-onset Parkinson's disease (PD).
