Abstract: Abstract-Lysophosphatidylcholine (lyso-PC), a polar phospholipid that is increased in atherogenic lipoproteins and atherosclerotic lesions, has been shown to transcriptionally induce the expression of endothelial genes relevant to atherogenesis.
