Abstract:Background: Immune tolerance induced by retrovirus is a prerequisite for tumorigeness. We had reported that B-cell anergy was the main reason for immune tolerance induced by avian leukosis virus subgroup J (ALV-J). However, the molecular mechanism remains unclear.
