Lymphoid aggregates in bone marrow: a diagnostic pitfall

Abstract: Lymphoid aggregates in bone marrow specimens are a relatively frequent finding that may pose a diagnostic challenge for a pathologist. The distinction between reactive and neoplastic aggregates has significant clinical relevance.
