Abstract:Cystic lymphangiomas are congenital lymphatic malformations that most commonly develop in the neck, axilla, mediastinum and retroperitoneum. They occur usually in children but occasionally in adults. The scrotum is a very rare site for this tumor and only few cases have been reported in the literature.
