Lymphadenitis by Paracoccidioidomycosis Mimetizing Pancreatic Head Cancer

Abstract: Chronic paracoccidioidomycosis is an endemic fungal infection in Latin America and, although uncommon, the opening of the clinical condition can be an obstructive abdominal syndrome that can simulate a pancreatic head neoplasm. There are few cases like this reported in the literature.
