Abstract:Pulmonary enteric adenocarcinoma (PEAC) is a rare pathological type of lung adenocarcinoma, accounting for ~0.6% of primary lung adenocarcinoma, which has similar morphological and immunohistochemical characteristics to colorectal adenocarcinoma. Making a certain differential diagnosis of PEAC based on morphological and immunohistochemical results is difficult.
