Abstract:We herein report the first case of c-ros oncogene 1 (ROS1)-rearranged advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in which lung injury was induced by crizotinib and entrectinib. Crizotinib was administered as first-line chemotherapy in a woman in her early 70s with stage IV NSCLC showing ROS1 rearrangement.
