Background: In this study, we assessed the long-term results of 11 patients that we operated due to primary pulmonary carcinosarcoma in the light of literature. Materials and Methods: We analyzed 11 patients' data, who underwent lung resection, retrospectively between 2009-2018. The comorbidity score was calculated according to the modified Charlson Comorbidity Index (CCI). Results: Of the 11 patients in the study, 10 (90.9%) were male, one was female (%9.1), and the median age of the subjects was 59.18 ± 8.86. Nine of the patients (81.8%) underwent lobectomy, two of them (18.1%) underwent pneumonectomy. As a cellular type, 6 of them have squamous cell carcinoma, 5 of them have adenocarcinoma. Furthermore, as a sarcomatous component, we detected 6 of the patients have spindle cell sarcoma, 3 of them have chondrosarcoma, one of them has osteosarcoma. and one patient has angiosarcoma. Nine complications occur postoperatively in 5 patients (45.9%). The fiveyear survival rate was 36.4%. Patients who received adjuvant chemotherapy, the five-year survival rate was 50%, meanwhile, patients who did not receive adjuvant chemotherapy five-year survival rate was not detected (P = 0.006). If the patients have CCI score is two and below their five-year survival rate was 44.4%, meanwhile if the patients have CCI score is two and above their five-year survival rate was not detected (P = 0.018). Recurrence or metastasis was diagnosed in 7 patients (63.6%) postoperatively. The 5-year disease-free survival rate is 12.5%. Conclusions: Surgical resection is still the most effective treatment modality for these patients. Adjuvant therapy and comorbidity are detected most important factors that affect the survival rate.

In this paper, the soil simulation pot experiment was carried out to study the impacts of trace elements iron (Fe) and zinc (Zn) on availability of cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb). The self-made Cd and Pb compound contaminated soil was taken as the test soil, and wheat was taken as the test plant. The results show that with the increase in Fe dosage, overground dry weight, root dry weight, and total dry weight of wheat gradually increase; the application of Zn reduces overground dry weight, root dry weight, and total dry weight of wheat. Meanwhile, wheat biomass under Cd and Pb combined pollution is smaller than that under single Cd pollution or single Pb pollution. The application of Fe fertilizer increases Cd absorption of various parts of wheat. In the single Cd pollution treatment, with the increase in Fe dosage, Cd concentrations in roots, stems and leaves of wheat will first be increased, then decreased; in Cd and Pb combined pollution treatment, with the increase in Fe, Cd concentrations in roots, stems and leaves of wheat will also be increased. The application of Fe promotes the Pb absorption of wheat. With the increase in Fe dosage, Pb concentrations in roots, stems and leaves of wheat will first be increased, then decreased slightly. Compared with Zn0, Cd concentrations of different parts of wheat after Zn1 and Zn2 treatment increase significantly. In addition, with the increase in Zn dosage, Cd concentrations of different parts of wheat will first increase, then decrease. Regardless of single Pb pollution treatment or Cd and Pb combined pollution treatment, Pb concentrations of different parts of wheat decrease as Zn dosage increases. Under different Fe and Zn levels, and when Cd and Pb coexist, Pb can promote Cd absorption of plant, but Cd inhibits Pb absorption of plant.

Abstract. Study the effect of water on the acoustic emission quiet period before the destruction of rock based on the uniaxial loading experiment of acoustic emission of drying, natural and saturated basalt. The results show that the drying, natural and saturated basalt have AE quiet period before rupture. The load level of AE quiet period quiet period increase and shorter duration, and quiet period recognition is more difficult.AE quiet period, the AE event rate maintain per 10, but AE energy rate is not calm and characterized by accelerated release, and the release rate decreases with the increasing of water content. Due to full water characteristics of the actual mining basalt and the complexity of its fracture, the dominant frequency the AE rate of mutational characteristics and the AE event rate calm characteristic can be combined used to obtain information. The rate of mutation phenomenon before AE quiet period can be used as early warning information of saturated basalt rupture, and AE quiet period can be used as precursory information of saturated basalt rupture.
