Abstract: Transplantasi ginjal merupakan pilihan utama terapi pengganti ginjal pada pasien dengan penyakit ginjal kronik stadium 5. Beberapa faktor pada periode pratransplantasi, perioperatif, dan pascatransplantasi ikut memengaruhi luaran jangka panjang pada pasien anak yang menjalani transplantasi ginjal.
