Abstract:We have developed a noninvasive method to monitor the glucose concentration in tissue phantom used the OCT model which based on the extended Huygens-Fresnel (EHF) principle. The changes of the optical properties such as the scattering coefficient s µ , the anisotropy factor g and the effective scattering coefficient ' s µ with the increase of the glucose concentration in 10% Intralipid solution were obtained. The results showed that the scattering coefficient s µ decreased when the glucose concentration increa… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
