<title>Light source for low-coherence interferometry and imaging</title>

Abstract: Light emitting module, which consist of superluminescent diodes (SLD) with spectral width 20 nm full width of half maximum (FWHM), simple optical objective and driver for constant output power has been designed. An influence of the length of coherence of the illumination source used on the correlation characteristics of spatial distributions of speckle intensity is investigated.
