<title>Image synthesis from fluctuations: fluctuation vision</title>

Abstract: Fluctuations, under common conditions regarded as noise or clutter, often are carriers of very useful information. This information may be turned into usable form if the degree of distinctions between fluctuating signals can be determined. To visualize statistical parameters of two-dimensional fields of fluctuations, these parameters are proposed to be converted into videosignals, forming conventional TV image.
