<title>High-altitude balloon experiment</title>

Abstract: The mission ofthe High Altitude Balloon Experiment (1-IABE) is to resolve critical acquisition, tracking, and pointing (ATP) and fire control issues, validate enabling technologies, simulations, and models, and acquire supporting data for future spacebased lasers (SBL) experiments.
