<title>Formation and dynamics of ordered nanometer structures and emission of photons from a rear surface of metal samples at the irradiating of frontal surface by laser pulse</title>

Abstract: With the help of tunnel microscopy it was carried out the experimental research of the form and quantity of defects formed on the back surface of Cu, Ag and Au samples, at irradiating their frontal surface by laser pulses. The correlation between quantity of defects arising on a rear surface of metal and intensity of its luminescence was observed.
