<title>DMIF over RSVP/IP protocol stack: experimental results for MPEG-4 multimedia streaming</title>

Abstract: This paper describes an implementation of a Delivery Multimedia Integration Framework (DMIF) protocol stack over IP networks with RSVP signaling, and reports the most relevant experimental results. Particular attention is given to a video-on-demand service scenario where a server delivers MPEG-4 multimedia objects, each one composed by a video stream and an audio stream.
