“…Previously (Ruffner, Piccione, and Woodward, 1998;Ruffner, Woodward, and Piccione, 1999) we summarized our work as part of a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) project for the U.S. Army Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation Command (STRICOM) to identify NVD driving performance deficiencies and training requirements, to validate the requirements, to develop instructional materials and customized instructional software, and to deliver the instruction in a multimedia, interactive PC environment.
