Abstract

ABR&For measuring of small arid supersmall velocities of rough surfaces vibration the algorithms of nonlinear digital filtering of hoinodyrie speckle interferoineter signals have been developed . These algorithms can be used for designing of special signal processing digital systems with the on-line incxie operation . The results of the noise characteristics estimations of the developed algorithms depending on their parameters arid properties of the processed signal are given.
