<I>C</I>–<I>V</I> Data and Geometry Parameters of Self-Assembled InAs/GaAs Quantum Rings

Abstract: The electron properties of InAs/GaAs quantum rings (QR) in a magnetic field are studied. We applied the original effective model which is based on a single band kp-approximation with energy dependence of effective mass. We used two sets of the geometry parameters for the selfassembled QR.
