<b>INSOLUBILITY OF PROTEINS IN ALZHEIMER’S </b><b>BRAIN </b>

Abstract: Accumulating-evidence indicates that the aberrant deposition of amyloid [3 protein is the main pathological feature of Alzheimer's disease. However, the recent studies on apolipoprotein E .94 gene polymorphism as a risk factor of the disease may indicate multifactorial nature of the etiology of Alzheimer's disease.
