<b>Estudo da correlação entre ICMS Ecológico e estrutura político-administrativa ambiental nos municípios brasileiros

Abstract: O ICMS Ecológico (ICMS-E) é um instrumento de política ambiental atualmente implementado em 16 estados brasileiros. Estudos discutem sua efetividade no incentivo à criação de Unidades de Conservação, melhoria das ações voltadas à preservação ambiental e capacidade de compensação financeira para municípios que tenham limitações em usufruir economicamente da totalidade de sua área.
