AbstractRecent studies show a correlation between the LDL-C increase with atherosclerosis risk. Th e majority of patients with dyslipidemia show no signs or symptoms of lipid abnormality, so the diagnosis is almost exclusively determined by plasma lipids. Th e LDL-C plasma is measured by two methods, enzymatic direct method and indirect method which is calculated according to the Friedewald formula. We analyzed 104 samples.
