“…Esses dados corroboram com o caso clínico apresentado, visto que o paciente relacionou o início e a recidiva da doença com períodos de estresse. Silva et al (2017) em seu estudo retrospectivo e caso clinico apontam forte associação do LPO com infecção pelo HCV, a literatura relata desde 1991 a associação entre ambas, nesse estudo foi citado uma relação etiológica entre o LPO e uma resposta do sistema imune mediada por células contra o HCV, há relatos de que a infiltração de linfócitos mais agressiva na lamina própria dos pacientes portadores das duas doenças, porém o mesmo estudo cita controvérsias entre a associação das duas patologias, visto que autores também concluem a não associação do LPO com a hepatite.…”
