Loxoprofen Nanosponges: Formulation, Characterization and Ex-Vivo Study

Abstract: Objective: The objective of this study is to optimize a nanosponge formulation for Loxoprofen and then incorporating it into a gel formulation offering a controlled drug release, enhanced skin permeation and thus better bioavailability.
