Abstract: New data on the stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, detrital zircon U-Pb, and Hf isotope geochronology of a Lower Cretaceous succession of the Bisbee Group in northern Sonora, Mexico that accumulated in the Altar-Cucurpe sub-basin help to constrain ages of their formations and documents the detrital provenance.
